Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All services, sessions, memberships, and packages purchased from Sculpt are final sale.

No Refunds

Sculpt maintains a strict no refund policy. Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services already rendered
  • Unused or partially used packages
  • Missed appointments or no-shows
  • Dissatisfaction with results
  • Changes in personal, financial, or scheduling circumstances

Package Expiration

  • All packages must be used within six (6) months from the original purchase date
  • Any unused sessions after the expiration period are forfeited
  • Expired packages have no remaining value and cannot be reinstated

Non-Transferability

All packages and services are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the original purchaser.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional cases (such as new medical contraindications arising after purchase), Sculpt may, at its sole discretion, consider alternative arrangements. Any such consideration does not create an obligation or precedent for future cases.
