Services Disclaimer
Sculpt provides non-invasive aesthetic and cosmetic services, including treatments using the T-Shape2 system. Results vary by individual, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
Our services are cosmetic in nature only and are not medical treatments. Sculpt does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Client Eligibility
By purchasing or receiving services, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have truthfully disclosed all relevant medical conditions during consultation
- You understand the nature, limitations, and potential risks of the services
Sculpt reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a client is deemed unsuitable for treatment.
Appointments and Scheduling
- Appointments are subject to availability
- Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or forfeiture of the appointment
- Missed or no-show appointments may result in the loss of a session from a purchased package
Packages and Expiration
All service packages purchased from Sculpt must be used within six (6) months of the purchase date. Any unused sessions will automatically expire after this period and will not be extended.
Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Sculpt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of our website or services.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
